"This was a great property. Rooms were good size Game room was super fun. Spacious outdoor area and back yard. Host was super responsive and friendly I would give this property 5 stars. However, one of the main reasons we rented the property was the outdoor space and grill. We had purchased several hundred dollars of meat to grill for the weekend. The grill was out of propane due to the valve being left open. Not a big deal, we could have gotten another tank. But, the grill was completely unusable. Grates were rusted & not clean, the flame guards were crumbled and rusted. The grease trap was not attached. Other than the grill, house was good. "

"Everything about the property was great. The house is in a nice neighborhood with great sidewalks. This home is really close to restaurants, Wal Mart, and about 20 minutes from the university. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to spend the week with family. The backyard was large and the garage was great for an extra hang out place. The front porch had a great sitting area that was shaded and perfect for sitting and relaxing!"

"The view was spectacular and we loved the swing! Super romantic. We were there to see friends, but a romantic setting was still nice! Quiet, walkable road, rural feel.If you're looking to cook/eat in for a large portion of your stay, you might want to bring some sturdier stuff to microwave in or put hot food and drinks in. The provided cups/bowls were disposable/thin plastic except for a few few handmade mugs, and no Tupperware for leftovers. There was a good quality pot and some other nice kitchen amenities were provided though!"

"Overall good property. Had waters in the fridge which was helpful after a long day of travel. Host was responsive within hours. Appliances were all in great working order and everything was pretty clean. Master bed had a noise that was extremely annoying and was loudly squeaking with every turn over. Beds in second room were too firm for our liking. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and located in the countryside, which makes for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the linens and towels were fresh and plentiful. Great communication with Tami. Overall, a great experience—highly recommend!"
