"Parco Del Caribe saved our trip in a time crunch! We had trouble with different hotel arranging a late checkin and had to cancel hours before our trip. From the start, their team was responsive, accommodating, and friendly. They were able to arrange a taxi driver to pick us up from the airport from our late flight and switched up our accommodation to a larger room since we had a longer stay on the island. The hotel is in the neighborhood of Boca Chica which is lively, full of areas to dine and grab drinks, and a 3 minute walk from the beach. We loved our stay here and we would definitely return!"

"On the first day, I killed a roach. I used the blow dryer and it melted on the plug. They never came to fix it. There was holes in the tiles of the bathroom. The water is warm not hot. The pool paint is old so it gets dirty really quick. You have to request clean up in the morning. The workers talk about how clean or dirty the rooms are and you can hear it last, but at least the breakfast was all right, but it was the same thing just toast with jelly, some fruits, eggs, and ham and cheese croissant, but I wish they could change the menu bc every day was the same thing."

"Shuttle to airport was pre arranged but driver showed up 45 minutes late for an international flight. Friendly front desk but not open 24 hours. Nowhere to officially check out. Turned in my key to a man in a bench out front. Also no TV options. Other than that room was clean and comfortable. "

"The location was great, near some restaurants with a parking spot if you have a car. The parking is in front of the building (in front of a scooter store). There is a close beach that is ok. The house was clean but it lacked soap in the outside bathroom. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one is outside close to the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, we could not figure out how to turn the heat on in the Jacuzzi. The 2 bedrooms were small, one room has a bunk bed that seems a little loose."

"Only two stars … well located but nothing in the room not even a coffee machine. And nasty visitors (cockroaches) may not be suited for everyone."
