No restaurant on premises, no pool in room as advertised on internet. Bathroom sink clogged up but was fixed with on site handyman shortly after reporting. Other than that it's pretty, simple, clean and very quiet. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Would stay again if I travel to the same area

The hotel is clean and cozy. The staff during the day are exceptional and not the same experience in the evening but overall good customer services. Close to everything including coffee shop, restaurants, supermarkets, mini markets and nightlife and many shops. I would recommend and I would stay again.

Great location for something quick and near the SDQ Americas airport. Flew in and flight was delayed so I couldnt drive to my final destination. This was super convenient. Upon arrival was told the kitchen was down which was a bummer as I then had to leave to get food. Was hoping to enjoy the bar. Otherwise great service!!

This was more like a $45 a night hotel. Staff was nice, room was semi clean but old and worn down. Pillows not comfortable, hair on the floor with a broken hand shower spray. If Inhad paid $45 I would have accepted it. I paid way more and it was not worth the price. If they offer for the price above, get it. Oterwise stay somewhere else. Great neighborhood with nice workers though.

10/10 Service! The hotel is beautiful, but the daytime staff specifically Wennifer at the front desk—make it a 5-star experience in the daytime. She was incredibly helpful throughout the day, always greeting me by name and making sure my stay was perfect. Night time not as much but still worth the stay. If you’re looking for a place where you actually feel looked after, this is it.
