"If you are looking, stop here! I have been to Tulum atleast 20 times over the last 8 years and this was by far my best stay. PERFECT location with many options. On site services are great. Views and rooms are breathtaking. The only dislike I had was that eating options close early and don’t open until 9a. However, it is so close to many food options that it’s not a problem but will inconvenience you slightly. I will be staying again."

"Lovely holiday spent at the hotel! It blends into the scenery perfectly. The food is delicious and the staff are so helpful and charming. The only issue (that effects the area) is mass tidal seaweed which slightly ruins the aesthetics and the water between about April - July - worsened, no doubt because rising ocean temperatures"
