"Unit had everything you needed and was very clean."

"Excellent location, super close to Deerfield Beach plus lots of great restaurants, bars and the pier. We walked everywhere! The cottage was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed with a lot of unexpected storage. Driveway parking was a plus. We didn’t use much in the kitchen other than the fridge, which is full sized and super convenient. It was a perfect space for the two of us for our 5 day stay. The few times we had to contact the manager, they were very responsive and helpful....

"The apartment was decorated nicely, it was very clean, and complete with everything for your stay. It was very spacious with a Spectacular view!! Excellent location directly on the Intercoastal, walking distance to the beach and downtown. The happy hour had live entertainment which was very nice. The property manager Monica was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a wonderful stay!!!"

"Motel type of accommodation, room was average, nice balcony overlooked the pool and had a view of deerfied beach. close to lots of restaurants and beautiful 10 minute walk to the beach. Never worried about our safety while we were there. The only negative was that the walls were paper thin and we could hear everything going on in the room next to us as well as above us. Front end staff was great and very accommodating."

"Very comfortable 2nd-floor apartment, practically across the street from a Publix supermarket and lots of restaurants and stores of all kinds. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach down a very busy road but safe and used by plenty of people on foot. Washer and dryer are outside on the other side of the small building and you will need $2.5 in quarters for a wash+dry, no detergent provided. Unfortunately the host is a corporation named Vacasa and not a real human being."

"This apartment is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. It was clean and had all kitchen and beach amenities. Lacking was that they didn’t provide any shampoo or soap. The barbecue needs to be upgraded! The renting company was very professional and responded to concerns right away!"

"Upon arrival, we were walked up to the room. The door was already open and they said that they were still waiting for towels to be cleaned. The towels arrive in about 30 minutes later, and the housekeeper just walked in. They were thick layers of dust everywhere imaginable. The closet where the AC was had so much dust we had to get allergy medicine. The refrigerator had a hair in it as well as crumbs. The microwave had food stuck to the top inside. The bathtub had not been cleaned. You can see...

"This was a fiasco from the start. We were given the wrong code to what turned out to be the wrong room. When we got to the room, after check in time, the cleaning people had just started. The internet didn’t work, nor did the TVs. The next morning there was drilling going on so bad that we couldn’t hear each other. We eventually were moved to a different location but lost a day of our vacation."

"We have stayed at this location several times and actually the same room twice and couldn't be happier with our stay. Pool is always clean and room exactly the same way. The walk to the beach every morning to enjoy or coffee always makes the stay a 5 star experience in our opinion"

They were incredibly accommodating when we needed to check in earlier than planned. The pool was the perfect temperature and always clean. Our family had a great time and we'll definitely be back! Just a 3 minute walk to the beach, the room and grounds were spotless, everything you need in the kitchen plus a clean grill with all utensils and plenty of propane. High recommend this property. Host was wonderful, checking on us and giving recommendations, asking if we needed anything during our stay. Thank you for the memories. We will return!!!"
