The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Mission Bay in West Boca Raton. It's a residential area but very close to many shops and restaurants. (Publix, Fresh Market, Starbucks, Blaze Pizza, Best Buy, Home Depot, Bed Bath and Beyond, Panera Bread, LA Fitness, Pure Barre, Padrinos Cuban restaurant, IHOP, McDonalds, Regal Shadowood Movie Theater (and many more) are all in the in the intersection. Lots of lakes and shaded areas for a nice walk about the neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises over the lakes. Close to Osprey Golf Course (no membership required) and South County Park.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and access to the heated community saltwater pool.

The open living room features tastefully designed and comfortable furnishings, including a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. It's the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring or working.

Our apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by serene lakes, providing you with a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. However, we're also in walking distance of the Evert Tennis Academy and Boca Prep International School, making it an ideal location for families visiting the area.

Located on the perfect intersection of 441 and Glades Road, you'll have plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to choose from. For golf enthusiasts, the Osprey Point Golf Course, one of the top public golf courses in Florida, is just 6 minutes away. And if you're a nature lover, there are tons of parks in the area to explore.

The heated saltwater community pool is located in the center of the apartment complex, allowing easy access for our guests. You'll be able to enjoy a refreshing swim or just soak up some sun with ease

There is free parking in the complex. The spaces are not assigned, it is on a first come, first serve basis . You have access to 1-2 parking spots per apartment.

If you need any baby equipment (high chair, pack & play) please let us know and we can have those setup for you.

Bugs & Critters: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however, if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed and do not leave food out that tends to attract them.
