"The room was really nice and spacious, we didn’t use the balcony since it’d been raining during our stay. The area it was in was very well located and quiet for sleeping, and we enjoyed having A/C. There was a cafe around the corner that we enjoyed for breakfast too. It was about a 15 minute walk or $4 taxi to old town, and < 5 min walk to Place Nowy. Would stay here again."

"The hotel is facing Plac Nowy. The rooms are of a really good standard, walk in shower, fridge and safe. If i was to offer 1 negative it would be the lack of wifi connections to the TV, no opportunity to watch Netflix, prime or you tube. Otherwise can't fault it."

"It is a great hotel, centrally located for trams, city central square and jewish quarter in easy walking distance. The hotel lovely and clean and housekeeping was very good. Staff very helpful. polite and always with a smile and a greeting. The buffet breakfast was excellent worth the money and the restuarant was very good. There is a small gym which I used several times. I liked the idea of water machines on each floor to save buying bottled water to take to the room. If I return to Krakow I will stay there again."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options every morning. The sauna and spa area is a bit small, but it's well-equipped and does the job perfectly. The location is also fantastic — close to everything we needed and easy to get around from. Overall, a great experience."

"The room was large in size and included a kitchen with a fridge (small freezer) and hob. This made the holiday so much better as as we could store items. The room was so clean and the bathroom was a good size, if I were to visit again I would choose this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful when we checked in and hand and questions. The location of the hotel is great as it’s not too far from the airport and close to a lot of things if you like to walk or the tram is just out side and the train station is about a 5/10 min walk away. There are a lot a lot of convenience shops near by and a laundry shop with machines to do washing and easy to follow instructions."
