"Breakfast was fresh with a good selection and served by efficient friendly staff. Omelettes and other food items could be ordered individually. Rooms were large and clean and beds were turned down daily. Reception service was efficient and any questions we had were answered. The bar is open until midnight and there was live piano music on Friday with a medley of well known tunes played by a friendly pianist. Overall a very nice weekend spent in Cracow with the hotel adding to this experience. "

"The hotel is convenient to walk to main Square, literally a 5 minutę straight walk! Superb! Hotel is highly recommended, i will always stay there when in Kraków. Staff are superb, extremely helpful As if they can’t do enough! Rooms always clean to an extremely high standard! A large variety of choice for breakfast and food menu for any time of the day with room service at an extra chargé. With regard to trips, the hotel do organise trips or can give advice on transport."

"Room was big and spacious, nice big tv for then we wanted to chill after walking around krakow. Staff were more than happy to help when requested. Only down side was the shower holder could have done with been a bit higher but i managed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you "

"We stayed at The Loft Hotel for three nights and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The complimentary prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch, and having the minibar restocked with soft drinks was a nice bonus too. The room itself was very modern and stylish, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was powerful and properly hot. The coffee machine in the room was excellent, WiFi was fast and free, and while the TV was huge, there were unfortunately no English channels so we didn’t really use it. The real highlight for us was the rooftop jacuzzi and sauna. We went up there every evening with a drink to relax after a full day of exploring the city, and it was never busy, most nights we had it completely to ourselves. It was easily our favourite feature of the hotel. Breakfast was consistently very good, with quality coffee and freshly made scrambled eggs, omelettes and other hot options, which we really appreciated. The bar prices were also very reasonable, and we ate dinner one night in the restaurant downstairs where we had a pizza and a burger, both of which were genuinely tasty."

"Hi-tech room in modern hotel. Staff fantastic. No tea/coffee in room but downstairs free full ‘bar’ of tea/coffee/water. It gets a lot of use and breaks down. But fixed quickly. Location 20 min walk to old town. However the area is so historic worth it. "
