"We had a wonderful stay at Letstay Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a Jacuzzi room, along with a bottle of drink for our anniversary, which made our trip extra special. The room was spotless, with excellent air conditioning and a smart TV. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious every morning. "Hotel was nice but definitely a hotel for dental tourism the dentists use hotel for their patients. The staff are very nice except the manager who was miserable and considering mainly English stay there cannot speak English so very difficult to talk to her without interpreter. "The location of the property is excellent and it is a very cute boutique-style hotel. However, it is built with poor-quality materials and it is visible. The hotel staff is poorly-trained. There were only two nice waiters: Kevin and Nunhan; the rest were unfriendly and it was the first time that I encountered such poor service in Turkey.
