"I needed a large house at Bognor Regis for a family reunion. This house ticked all the boxes. A clean house, spacious rooms. provided towels and toiletries and lots more. It was warm and comfortable. Loved the decor.My family we impressed and hope to visit again.I would recommend this excellent property. "

"Amazing location, so close to the beach and easy walking distance to the centre. Comfortable beds , everything functional. Small and inexpensive improvements could have resulted in five stars. More drawers and shelf space would have made for a better experience. The room at the top of the house is lovely but there is no where to hang clothes or put belongings other than two small bedside cabinets. No where to put towels or toiletries. So easily rectified. Overall a lovely experience. "

"Location was within walking distance to the shopping area and restaurants. It was a nice place to come home to each day compared to a hotel. Cosy and comfortable. We never used any of the appliances, eating out every day. We were surprised that there were no brochures/pamphletes of places to see in Bognor plus no extra toilet rolls/paper towel. Also no instructions for the T.V. Finally we got help from The Office, Molly, who sent Miles who helped us greatly and then able to use T.V. Also the door lock to the apartment was very loose. Carpet in living room was badly stained. "
