We never used any of the appliances, eating out every day. We were surprised that there were no brochures/pamphletes of places to see in Bognor plus no extra toilet rolls/paper towel. Also no instructions for the T.V. Finally we got help from The Office, Molly, who sent Miles who helped us greatly and then able to use T.V. Also the door lock to the apartment was very loose. Carpet in living room was badly stained. "
