Le personnel est très sympathique J'ai eu la chambre 201 qui ne captait pas le wifi depuis le lit Le sol n'était pas propre malgré l'intervention quotidien de l'homme de ménage plein de cheveux au sol des voyageurs précédents L'isolation sonore est mauvaise prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles si vous tombez sur des voisins bruyants (en Colombie c'est de coutume de mettre la télé et le son des téléphones hyper fort) Et la surprise du chef on vous demande de payer la toute fin du séjour les produits que vous avez utilisé dans vôtre chambre car ils étaient mis à disposition et personne n'a averti sur le côté payant ni sur les prix j'en ai eu pour 23000 pesos C'est désagréable de se faire arnaquer car étranger
