"nice staff, i had to check in late and out early and they were very accommodating. area felt safe & secure and the rooms were sizable and clean (i had a single) very nice shower & bathroom. "
"Overall, it was a good motel. The property was a bit old, but the essential facilities were well-maintained. People are hanging around outside the building, which feels uncomfortable, but it's not causing any actual issues. "

Top Boise State University Hotel Reviews
The Riverside Hotel, BW Premier Collection
10/10 Excellent
"The Riverside Hotel is a wonderful facility. I would add, however, that the majority of rooms are not available by elevator and there are up to 20+ stairs you have to navigate to get to your room. Not so bad coming and going throughout your stay, but when you're lugging suitcases up and down it is quite challenging. I would suggest requesting a room either on the 1st floor or on the 700 block of rooms that are readily available from the 1 elevator they have. "
"It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. I have 2 recommendations to make it even better.
1. Pleasr provide an alternative to coffee. Hot chocolate would have been great.
2. The cleaning staff should close the barn doors in the toilet area when they clean. They will see all the dirt/dust on the baseboards behind the door that way.
As i said before, it was a beautiful place to stay and the staff, inside and outside, couldn't have been nicer or better. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Boise."
"Just a few things that could be done to make it as smooth as possible. I personally like my windows to have the full extended drapes. (No street lights coming in while sleeping.) 2) Have your clugs cleaned so that water drains effectively. Instructions on how to use the TV correctly to get your local stations. All we were able to get was DirecTV broadcast stations. Over all it was a pleasent stay. "
