"Front desk never informed me about: 1. Water dispenser 2. Availability of a water kettle 3. Some soups tasted very plain 4. Napkins were not offered/provided with meals 5. Coffee machines would brew different quality coffee/cappuccino However, the staff would always be friendly and willing to help upon request!"
