As I arrived at Q Hotel, I realized that I had dropped my phone in the Uber that took me there. The front desk staff was so helpful. They spent an hour helping me to phone my telephone so that we could ask the Uber driver to come back. In the end it all worked out well. I recommend this hotel, as it is clean and bright. But mostly, I recommend this hotel because the staff are helpful, kind and patient.

Super convenient to arrive to by train from the city and be in your room in 10 minutes, and equally extremely easy and time-saving to get to airport in the early morning.

The hotel overall was very good, great buffet breakfast , clean room, but the sofa bed was too small for my two children, I wish that they would mention the size of sofa while booking the room, I would get an extra rollaway. Also, the free wifi didn't work on 8th floor, which was strange, because it worked on the 10th floor at our previous room when we visited earlier. Well, the stay was nice, hotel is little further from Old Town, but shuttle service provided for free is very helpful to get you...

What a fantastic gem of a property. Surrounded by woods in a quiet neighborhood, immaculate hotel with professional staff and free parking. We felt absolutely safe walking to nearby shops and dining. Also commuter train nearby. The breakfast was a gigantic buffet of meats, cheeses, fruits, veg, juices, cereals. Just fabulous. Didn’t get to visit the spa but looked amazing. Zero complaints about this stay.

Right next to the salt mine and beautiful property next to park! You can get a tour at any time even if it’s sold out if you stay here. Loved the property! The spa is a little deceiving, there’s 1 treatment room and no masseuse on site, they have to call and book it. Also the salt soak is a room with a picture of the salt cave on it so it’s not really in a salt cave.

Super nice staff, accommodated an early check-in, and were very helpful with the gym. The mattress was probably one of the best i have ever slept on. Nice, quiet location right next to the tram and under 15 minutes from the old town.

Staying here is like coming home to family. Staff are attentive, professional and friendly, and provide great recommendations for dining and other activities. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, with the fluffiest towels I have ever had in a hotel! Looking forward to my 4th stay there soon. Thank you, you terrific staff members!

From the moment I arrived until the morning I left, the service was A+. The rooms were great, and having a restaurant right on the property was a wonderful convenience. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kraków!

Beautiful classic hotel within the Old Town walls - Old wall ramparts right across the street. Excellent kind staff. Great comfortable room. Convenient walk from train station. Five minute walk to main square.

It was a surprise that this hotel was so lovely--for the price, especially. I was only staying here because it seemed nice enough for a one-night stop to pick up my fella from the nearish Krakow airport, but it would have been worth a longer stay, for sure. It has a kinda old-world thing going on, with big private balconies and lots of burgundy and lots of dark wood, but the pool and soaking tub is in a very shiny, fetchingly designed new building. Very clean. Good service. Healthy choices at the breakfast buffet table. Super convenient to get around the town and airport from the bus terminal located just across the street.
