"We love that the room was clean and surprisingly there was not a lot of noise so we were able to sleep deep. They gave us a key to enter the building which was helpful. It was convenient for us because we were able to walk to get breakfast at different places. There is no parking available but overall we love staying here. I love that there was free coffee."

My friend and I sat outside of someone's home for 45 min waiting for an access code that never came because despite us being at the address listed and the building being the same in the pictures, the resident had no idea what was going on. At least I got my money back after my reservation was canceled by the owner AFTER our check in time - leaving us stranded in a far away city with nowhere to stay. This experience ruined my trip to San Francisco. Stay away."
