"The only thing about the Beresford hotel was that the sheets were clean,the sink had no plug, there was no soap in the sink dispenser, the shower curtain was dirty, the TV didn't work, I had to go to reception to get a towel, the second window wouldn't close and there was no breakfast not even coffee ..."
