"Llegué a la hora indicada y no me recibieron. Éramos 13 personas en espera de ubicación. La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje."

"Fantastic place, best place we've stayed in Cartagena by far. Absolutely beautiful ocean view from every room. Apartment is very modern and clean, well decorated, great amenities, very comfortable. The rooftop pool is absolutely epic, the sauna and steam room are a major plus as well. The entire building staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the host was very kind and professional and responsive. 10/10, highly recommended."

"This is an amazing property! If you want a nice quiet beautiful place to stay but still within access to most major attractions around the city, this is the place to stay. Easy access to the private quiet beach. Multiple pools at the property. The apartment itself is very beautiful with plenty of room. Very close to the airport. The host Lance is also an amazing person to work with, from the time I booked until the time I got home it was easily to communicate to make sure our stay was amazing....

"This was an incredible condo! Great views, easy to walk to the beach or walled city. I always felt safe because of the strict security. We especially loved that pool with the couch in the center of it! The beds and couch were extremely comfortable, the water can get very hot for nice showers, AC was cold, fast Wi-Fi, all the amenities you could need for a week in Cartagena! Sor Lucia was an amazing host, always ready to help out with anything before or during the trip. Can’t wait to return for...
