"This was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. My best friend and I are pretty particular, and we had zero complaints the entire stay. Service: The staff really went above and beyond—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with anything we needed. Special shoutout to the rooftop pool attendant (his name starts with a “C”), the bellhop Callio, and the manager Victoria Maria. Room: The room was nice and super comfortable. Only thing—I wish the lighting was a little brighter. Ladies, if you’re doing makeup, definitely bring a vanity mirror. Location: The location is perfect. We walked to the Walled City, Getsemaní, San Felipe Fort, and even the mall. Everything is super close and convenient. They also have complimentary breakfast (the pastries are so good), and there was live music at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again."
