The room was a great size, clean and with a good minibar and bathroom. The linen was great too. The issue with the tv with no signal was resolved within an hour, the air conditioning was a little noisy but worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and proactive. The massage was incredible. , Brandon stood out with his "can do" friendly demeanour. I would definitely book again if we came to Cartegana.

only thing is the pool was under construction, but they have a sister hotel down the street with an amazing pool that you were able to use actually have two locations of other pools. The staff was more than helpful in the Hot menu for breakfast is amazing. Try the Mexican eggs many people think it is only the buffet but the hot breakfast is also fully included.
