"We had a great time in Cartagena, largely because of this beautiful property and our hosts Alan and Ramundo, who were attentive to our every need. Our accommodations were excellent and as advertised. We did not realize how much we would come to appreciate the local insights and assistance we'd receive along the way, and I am confident we were able to enjoy more of the experience as a result. "I stayed July 23-28th and I loved it. It took me a lil while to get used to the Colombia ways but the host was responsive and helped before and while i was there. The whirlpool was priceless and i would definitely stay here again."

"The place is run down. Hot tub wasnt working, was old, and never worked. Our room was not serviced daily. None of the TVs in the entire unit worked. There were no keys to our safe upon arrival. There was no hot water in some of our rooms for the entire trip, even when we reset the instant hot water tank and let the water run for 10 minutes. We paid for an early check-in, and they were not ready to host us. Do not let the affiliation with SoHo fool you. There are much better places to stay...
