Eccellente!!!!"

"Absolutely Not 5 star, should be 3 star at best. I only book 5 star and have never been disappointed in Italy, regardless of staying in small towns like Bolsena. Overall Under staffed, at least for 5 star. The single pool staff person would leave for hours at a time each day, leaving you unable to get drinks or food. "Great place to visit, goo friendly services."

"Excellent location and a beautiful, newly renovated apartment with modern amenities. The daily room service was an added bonus! The host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this place!"

When we pulled up is was dark and also looked closed, but soon Tiziano pulled up to let us in. The rooms are in a very old and beautifully preserved building. Each are thoughtfully decorated with antiques and hand painted ceilings. The bathrooms are lovely with modern provisions, but also elegantly...

"Very friendly and central to the areas we wanted to vist"

"Lots of personality."

"Gorgeous view of town of Orvieto, a lovely pool and hot tub, and beautiful grounds. Nice breakfast too."

"Era muito aconchegante, arrumadinho"

"Gorgeous villa, only 6 rooms, very intimate. Originally built 1200yrs ago as a respite Inn, completely renovated, incredible view of Orvieto and surrounding Valley. Staff treat you like family, especially Erica! Beautiful buffet breakfast and delicious dinners. Rooms are separated well so you feel like the villa is all yours. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay or for day trips in the area. Beautiful pool and grounds to unwind in. You honestly don't want to miss this experience."
