"Other than a minor issue with the breaker panel, it was a quaint, quiet basement apartment with all the necessities I required (bed, shower, fridge, microwave.). The location is within ten minutes of the downtown core and great shopping at Square One Shopping Centre. The other tenants were quiet and respectful. "

"We stayed here for a business trip. The house was very easy to get to and was clean and tidy. Owner was so friendly and communicative. Good WIFI Cleaning products were very strong for anyone who is sensitive-- opening windows/doors for a few hours cleared them out though, no problem! There are basement tenants, which we didn't realize but they were not a bother at all! They are not connected, just shared walls."

"The check in details were not accurate, garbage was left , dirty dish clothes were in the kitchen, there was no hot water, none of the TV’s were operating. Thee was no laundry soap, used soap bars in the showers with empty shampoo and conditioner. One of the worst experience with Vrbo."

"The cleaning crew did not do a good job cleaning lots of dust for example window blind. Fridge have soda bottles hair on bathroom floor. Also this is advertised as 3 br 3 bath it only have 3br 2bath and half bath down stairs be aware that you need to dispose of your garage at a garbage site. That’s a first for me loading garbage in my car and disposing of it on vacation. "

"This is a very cute bungalow in a very nice neighborhood. The neighborhood is definitely in prestigious status. Maddie is a wonderful host with excellent communication. The house is as described, clean and comfortable. The fenced yard is a huge bonus for my dogs."
