"The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were clean. There was no water pressure though in the shower. The carpet in the spiraling staircase downstairs was worn. The drinks at the bar were great. The food at breakfast was excellent. And the location can’t be beat."

"Absolutely gorgeous modern hotel in a beautiful location. Room was very unique but we loved it. Great view, great roof top bar with amazingly kind employees. Beds were comfy, bathroom was super neat and had great water pressure and was very clean. Can tell this place is well taken care of. Breakfast is not Included but there is a spot on the main floor where you can purchase coffee and pastries. The river walk is right out back and very pretty. Parking was a bit pricey for $25 but we used the college covered parking for $10 which is literally across the street, steps away. The ONLY complaint I would have is there is a smoking spot right outside the front door of the hotel by valet so it can be very overwhelming when walking in or out. This should be moved to another location. Price for our stay was also incredible. Would definitely come back."

"We had a great stay here. The location is great. All of the staff we had interaction with were nice and helpful. The breakfast had lots of good options including a hot bar with eggs, sausage or bacon and grits or potatoes depending on the day. This is not our first stay and will not be our last."

"This hotel is in an excellent location, just a short drive from the beach and situated in a very nice, quiet, and safe area. As far as the hotel itself goes, you really can’t beat a Holiday Inn, and this location was no different. The beds were comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, and of course, the Holiday Inn breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The only negative was simply bad timing on our part, as the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. However, the staff went above and beyond by offering us an alternative they let us know we could use the pool at one of their sister hotels just down the road, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay near the beach."
