Horrível, Decepcionante ...pois estavam em reforma durante a semana e inclusive NO FINAL DE SEMANA. Isso mesmo ! Sabado e Domingo as 8:00 da manhã ja tinha martelo e maquita fazendo muito barulho dentro do hotel.Indignados fomos pra area externa, em pleno sabado as 16:00 horas, o pessoal estava cortando grama, tambem não tivemos sossego. Alem disso, Domingo de manha combinamos um cafe o qual tambem não foi feito e ainda o recepcionista duvidou da nossa palavra, sendo necessario mostrar a mensagem na qual estava o combinado. Assim provando que eles erraram novamente ele pediu desculpas pelos transtornos. É isso mesmo: * diaria cara; * mais de 1600km de viagem E um descaso desses, falta de consideração pois mesmo com a reclamacao do barulho via whats da recepção nao fomos atendidos.

Tirando o imprevisto, gostamos bastante.

Nossa viagem estava indo muito bem. A noite fomos recepcionados por um rapaz muito atencioso. No café da manhã às 07h30, fomos recebidos por uma senhora que nos impediu de levar o desjejum para a nossa filha pequena, que ainda estava dormindo no quarto. A senhora disse que a nossa filha precisaria descer para tomar o café. Penso que a pousada não iria falir se eu levasse um pão e um suco para o quarto. E se fosse o caso, poderiam até nos cobrar, que com certeza pagaríamos. Enfim, a forma com que o "não" foi conduzido nos deixou frustrados, seria interessante ali um pouco mais de empatia. Fora isso, a pousada é bem aconchegante com o quarto muito bom, a vista é maravilhosa. Os demais funcionários muito atenciosos e receptivos. No entorno da pousada tem tudo o que você precisa.
