"We had an amazing stay in one of the three street level suites. The terrace offers incredible views. The suite was fantastic, new, clean and fresh. The service was excellent. Be prepared to travel by car, bus or taxi to Riomaggiore as it is a 10 minute trip to town. If you are without a car, don't count on a taxi. There is only one in the area. "Le Camere di Paolo was the perfect place to stay while visiting Riommagiore. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and spacious. (Better than the photos.) Situated high above town with beautiful views. Paolo was a fabulous host, communicating with us both before and during our stay. He left us a bottle of wine in each room, as well as chocolates for someone in my group who was celebrating a birthday. Highly recommend!"

"Check in was easy and convenient. The sheets and towels had stains when we got there, they smelled clean and it looked like the stains were old and weren’t able to be properly washed out, so it was a bit unsettling, but we were able to deal with it for the 2 nights. It was in a nice area, with great views but you’d have to walk up a bunch of steps to get to it when the elevator is broken, so that is something to consider.
