"Its a good and quiet place to stay in Paris. It is close to the metro and other transportation places. It has quite a good amenities available to the guest. "

"The place was easy to find in a good locality- close to transport, restaurants etc. It was much smaller than we had expected & we had to call Yann when we arrived to ask about removing a bag of dirty linen & to find out how to get on the internet. Yann replied promptly & the issues were solved. A suggestion for the future - please check the toilet has been cleaned & perhaps move all the food out of the frig. Very narrow stairwell and 3rd floor location would be helpful to those unaccustomed to ground floor being considered floor zero. Need more towels. "The apartment is large. However there are no windows. In the listing the window view of the Eiffel Tower is actually a back lit glass panel, so dont think you will have any views. It was recently remodeled, and the upstairs 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the main level’s kitchen and living room are all good spaces.
