Quality Inn Summerville - Charleston

"The hotel is dated, but well-kept. The room was comfortable, but the sink in our bathroom sprayed water, rather than it just running. The beds were comfortable, and overall the hotel and location were quiet. Breakfast was okay. There were waffles, yogurt, microwaveable pre-packaged sausage biscuits, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, and apples. Not a lot of options, but it was good. The staff were pleasant, and we had a nice stay."
Stunning Lake Moultrie Estate on Deep Water

"The house was clean and spacious. Well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials. The host was responsive and friendly. The view was amazing. The dock was in great shape with a large safe ladder to get down to the water. The area below the dock was great for swimming. Mostly sandy and very little grass. The water was about 4 feet deep under the dock (in august 2026) The "cove" was smooth for jet skiing and tubing. The screened in back porch was a nice area to hang out and watch the kids playing in the water. Very close to the Bonneau Boat ramp. Overall great visit just really hot that time of year. With everyone coming in and out the house and cooking in the kitchen the house warmed up a good bit, but there are fans in all the rooms and a window unit ac system the host informed us about that made the stay more comfortable. Overall would recommend and have already booked again for next May."

"The first room was clean with the exception of the AC unit condensation water leak onto the carpet. Smelled mildew. We were quickly moved to another room, also clean, but with the exception of the sofa beds mattress having a nasty looking medium sized stain. Took pictures and informed the front desk."
