I chose the room and compare the other choice at home. I chose what I want and expect. If I would like to have a better view, I might not choose this hotel. And If I want a better room. I would choose and paid while I pick the room. It is not what I expect to experience when I am already at the reception of the hotel. At the end of the check-in.
