"We enjoyed our two night stay. We were moved to a view room that was very lovely. The front desk and bellhop were very nice and good service. Including room service was prompt and nice. Rooms were clean and cleaned each day. They were very nice on holding our luggage. We enjoyed the pool and the high tea at the hotel. Great location for us to walk everywhere in Victoria "

"The property is in a great location. The area at the back is lovely as it looks out over the harbour and is like a garden. The rooms are quiet and clean. The breakfast room and the breakfast itself is better than most I've experienced. The only minor drawback is the access to the parking garage is awkward."
