"Our family has stayed at quite a few rental properties over the years, but this one tops them all. The location is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, scenic, and the perfect mountain escape. The cabin itself is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made our stay feel easy and comfortable from start to finish. Communication with the hosts was clear, prompt, and genuinely warm. We truly can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great stay at this cozy house! All the family enjoyed the hot tub and there was room for everyone in our party of 9 plus our doggy! We went to Boone for family weekend at App State which was a 13 minute drive!"

"This house worked out perfectly for our daughter’s wedding. The group enjoyed the hot tub and the spacious rooms in this beautiful house. The guest house was incredible too. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and supplies for the kitchen. The host was readily available to answer any questions we had. Thank you for the great stay! "

House was very clean and Kim was super great to work with and very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. "
