I gave a medium rating to staff because we were not told that we had to request room make up when we arrived. 3 days and no service, on the 2nd evening we complained and were told the hotel was full so they were too busy to around to us."

"My wife and I were really impressed with the entire atmosphere of the TownePlace Suites in Boone, NC. We chose to make reservations there based on price and pictures posted online. When we arrived, it was even better than depicted. The location just off the (congested) beaten path was appealing to us. The brightness and cleanliness of the facility was very inviting. The check-in was amazingly efficient, facilitated by a very cordial and genial App State student working the front desk. Our assigned room was spotlessly clean and well laid out, with the first full kitchen I've ever seen in a hotel room, even a dishwasher! We felt instantly at home and comfortable. The breakfast provided in the lobby dining area was well-optioned and what we ate was delicious. We really enjoyed using this great accommodation as a home base for our explorations around the Boone area. We're already ready to go back and stay longer. Thank you for a great stay!"
