The rental was nicely decorated and very clean. Only thing to note is the parking can be a bit tight for a larger vehicle, but we made it work and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

Me and my wife love Boone and this was truly the Urban Oasis we had been looking for. The space was super clean and relaxing. You wouldn’t even know you were staying on the Main Street in town given how quiet it was. David is an incredible host. We can’t wait to come back and stay here, again.

The property is very clean, updated, comfortable, and the location is great. The property is tucked back behind a business away from the main street so it is quiet - thank goodness for very good directions from the host who is also very responsive to any questions. I recommend this property and will look for it again on our next visit to Boone.

Staying in downtown Boone

Great location and comfortable apartment in Boone. Amenities are available and the coffee is good. Having UHT half and Half was really appreciated. Downtown is steps away and Boone is lovely in any season.Trump’s tariff war will prevent a return visit but otherwise I’d recommend it.

This is a perfectly adequate place for a quick overnight in Boone, NC. Space was nice with all of the amenities you would expect. Very convenient to just about anything downtown. Walkable, which is great because Boone can be difficult to find parking. Comfortable bed, good shower

Great place; Nice town

We had a great stay at the ‘Urban Oasis’ in Boone. The approach to the place was a bit odd since you need too go down an alley to find it but the apartment is very nice. The kitchen and bathroom are top notch and the living and bedroom were very comfortable. Boone was a great town to spend an evening in strolling and having dinner.

Great Location, Cozy Interior

Such a great weekend in Boone in this cozy little studio! The perfect location and size for our weekend for two. If you have a larger vehicle (ours is a GMC Denali HD) parking is a bit tight and the alley makes you take a deep breath, but otherwise the perfect spot in downtown Boone! Close to everything you need and within walking distance to all of downtown.
