"Had trouble entering the room as door was tight had to use foot the push on bottom of door, door to balcony had the glass broken, bedroom door had damage hole in door chairs in kitchen all the screws were loose dangerous to sit on stayed 5days never once was reception staffed all communication was by message room was clean carpet was stained room was not serviced during the 5days "

"Clean, Quiet, comfortable and well located to access two major transport portals. Dated from the 80's, the RIO is looked a bit dated, but the bed provided a good nighrs sleep and the cost compared to other nearby hotels was nearly half.. if yiu just want somewhere convenient to the outer easten suburbs of Melbourne, then consider the Rowville International Hotel."

"Room was ok nice and clean. Shower was really good. Parking the car is a bit hit and miss. Had to park away from the room. Not a big deal as we didn’t have much luggage and only stayed one night. Overall it was ok."
