"Avoid this place at all costs Firstly, there is no mobile phone reception, which makes communication extremely difficult and inconvenient. This should have been clearly disclosed before booking. Secondly, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. We had someone staying there from the 4th of March until the 10th, but after one night where he was slightly loud, they asked him to leave on the second day. At the time, we were clearly promised a refund once he checked out. After he left, they completely changed their story and refused to provide the refund they had promised. "Staff were very nice but unfortunately The cleanliness of the room was not so great. Our kitchen had solidified grease all over the stove top and splash back from previous guests. Dishes in the dish washer were left in there and still had food all over them. The drawers in the bathroom ensuite had hair throughout. Our balcony view was the building next door. Other than this the location was good being across from Westfield and staff were very nice. "
