"Especially, clean crisp white sheets, towels all prestine. What really stood out was the courteous service from the front desk. Ask for a different room, than initially given, because of mobility issues. Courteously adjusted. Just a note, some of the rooms are located in an area that require manuvering stairs. Finally location, abosolutely the best, link rail, etc. Great value for the money, this coming from a hotel snob."

The location was perfect with easy access to trains and trams and in walking distance of lots of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff were wonderful, especially Angie who arranged a last minute late check out for me. Couldnt fault the place! "
