We LOVED this hotel!!! The room and bathroom was double the regular Italian room. We even had a TERRACE WITH A VIEW!! WEe so regretted having stayed only 1 night!!! Next time we will spend a whole week!! The staff ADORABLE!!!

The hotel is beautiful and appears to be pretty new. Our friends who live here say it is one if only two five star hotels in the area. It has a very new design and almost everything is white. It must be a nightmare to keep clean and that is one criticism my wife and her cousin had. They said there was a persistent smell of Clorox (bleach) or chlorine that was too strong and unpleasant. Room was nice but very Thin walls. Breakfast was very good but the manger was rude. He had a domineering attitude and in the 3 days I was there he never spoke. We would stay here again any time we return to Pescara and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Im giving this place a high rating because of its staff and excellent service. The building is a bit old but it was very clean and the staff was excellent. It’s difficult to find such pristine service these days and the staff here were more than polite and gentle and helpful. We will most certainly return. The beach was excellent and beach services were top. Grazie per tutto.

Picked it as a halfway point between Naples and Venice. Who knew it would be a trip highlight with nice beach and top amenities. Swam in Mediterranean in the AM in Naples, then in Adriatic in afternoon at Promenade. Turns out this is a top summer destination for Italians and with good reason. We'd stay again happily.
