"Unfortunately whilst the rest of the country was at the start of a heat wave this area was under cloud & rain for most of our 4 day stay!! The location is great for the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways being about 5mins away and for the centre of Porthmadoc. The layout of the property is a bit strange. "A really impressive little place that was perfect for our family of three. The quality of the accommodation was excellent, as were the location and the view. Plus there's lots to see and do in the local area. We'd happily go back"

"Poor mattresses, one single power point in twin bedroom , sleeps 4 but only 3 drinking mugs & 3 forks, no kitchen knives, no outdoor furniture even though a notice told you to store it, no where to hang wet towels etc, light switch in double bedroom behind door, loose shower bracket, difficult shower controls, advertised patio is inaccurate, it is merely the shared walkway for the estate. The location is wonderful. Overall not worth the price. "
