Regretfully, the property is run down, dusty and just not a five-star experience. Bathroom fixtures and faucets were rusted over and not clean. Floors and carpets were visibly dirty/dusty; common-area corridors were unkempt and cluttered. "If I could give 6 ⭐️s I would! My husband and I were pampered by this friendly, cosy family hotel. Our room had a fantastic view of the dolomite mountains and it was spacious and clean. We had gourmet breakfasts and dinner included with our stay and the 4 course dinners were outstanding. There is a hotel shuttle that will take you to nearby lifts and bring you back with quick, efficient service.
