Nous étions logés dans une jolie petite maison confortable, bien équipée et très très bien entretenue, nichée dans dans les oliviers. "Elisa's cottage is a thoughtfully curated place with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Panicale. She is an incredibly responsive host, and we truly felt like her guests. She greeted us with a bottle of local wine and even sent some fresh eggs round during our stay which were delicious!We were there during a heat wave which meant the air conditioning in two rooms (the bedroom and the lovely sitting area) was a welcome feature. "Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, ist jedoch sehr nett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es verfügt über 2 schöne Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 kleine Küche und den Wohnraum. Der Pool liegt ca. 150 Meter entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und absolut zuverlässig."

"We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen in het gezellige huis met zijn zeer grote omheinde tuin (1000 m) de woning is comfortabel en de gastheren hebben meer dan hun best gedaan om ons welkom te heten. In de koelkast stond al een biertje en frisdrank koud op ons te wachten. De omgeving is mooi en het meer is aangenaam van temperatuur. (Assisi is overigens zeer de moeite waard om te bekijken.) Afscheid was erg hartelijk we kregen zelfs een prachtige litho mee van een van de eigenaren. Top verblijf!"

"The combined house was very spacious and comfortable. The host was very nice and so was his dog. The accommodation needed some maintenance though. The sink was a bit clogged up, nothing was really clean and some of the appliances needed to be renewed. We chose this accommodation partly because of the child friendliness with a playground and because of the possibility to dine at its restaurant. However the only thing that was left from what used to be a playground was a swing. Everything...

"Not really what you expect from a 4 star hotel in terms of amenities and cleaning. The room rugs in the floor that were a bit smelly. The pool was dirty"

"Friendly staff and great food! We had a Saturday dinner on arrival (pricier than weekday dinners but the pici pasta and florentina steaks were delicious) which was really a wonderful experience. The breakfast was tasty. Staff were always friendly. The property is great for walking around and so picturesque. "

"beautiful property. Emanates "tuscany" amid garden and vineyards. Great villa with excellent and well chosen art. Very comfortable and quiet. Nice amenities. Would stay here again. Much appreciated it for its character and charm and of course service. "

"A wonderful stay in Perugia. Parking was easy whey you found it. All safely undercover and locked up. Easy walking into town but uphill so take it easy. There terrace restaurant was good. Do not go to the Prior restaurant across from the hotel it was not good food. We had a wonderful time in Hotel Priori Secret Garden"
