Small reading lamp was working tea/ coffee/ sugar not replaced on day 2 but over all it's was fine, hotel in the process of being renovated at present "

"We only stayed the one night, but service was good. We got a free bottle of wine so that was a bonus. Easy access to Terminals as the sky bridge goes straight in front of entrance. Only disappointing bit was even thou we arrived at 4pm the restaurant was fully booked to 8.30pm - so only food option was the bar. But to be fair bar area was good and service too. So over all would recommend and we have stayed here many times with no issues."
