"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...

"The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend."

"Wow what a find,bungalow is great,but it’s the garden which makes this property so fantastic-so pretty and soooo big.everything you need is at the property.perfect place to drive to the near by seaside resorts with all the hustle and bustle then back to the peace and quiet of the countryside! Went with children 5 and 15 plus the dog,garden all fenced off for everyone to be safe and secure. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay and can’t wait to book again-thank you to Sarah the perfect host x"

The hosts thought of EVERYTHING, the house is so well equipped and has literally everything you could possibly need. Hosts were fabulous and so responsive and even included a welcome basket with wine, treats and bread and milk. We couldn't believe how cheap it was for the location, amenities and house in general. "So pleased to have found this beautiful holiday home which was perfect for a quiet family birthday celebration. Deceptively spacious, very comfortable and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Loved the sun room overlooking the huge enclosed garden which was ideal for the dog. Beach was seconds away and the new hot tub was a great bonus. Overall, impossible to fault!"

"The house is massive, with 6 double bedrooms, very comfy beds, 3 bathrooms, nice toiletries and good size towels. The garden is beautiful, the kitchen is modern with everything you need. The only slight downside is that is is on the main road coming into Kings Lynn so you have constant traffic noise, however it is only a few minutes walk from the town centre, riverside and parks. Great house for a large group. The property managers are very helpful."

"Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach.
