"Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again "

"We have been here a couple of times olredy, and enjoyed the facilities at the flat , To not go wrong we always bring same of our same of our plates cutlery and a large frying pan , so not to rely of the one on the premises as nothings wrong with it, but we prefer ours. Otherwise the flat is presented clean and with heating ( for those winter days) and nice confortable beds . By the way This 2 bedrooms flat is quite big We be back for sure ."

"When I arrived after a long drive we couldn’t wait to check in my first notice was the image of where I thought we was staying was actually next door, as we approached the building the front door window had been smashed we then went to check in only to realise we had been given the wrong code to get the key and had to get the help of the guy boarding up the window to help us. "Lovely place to stay right in the heart of Skegness everything in walking distance, apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay ground floor is great for disabled access. Met the owners whilst coming out looking very couple will do anything to help, thank you for a lovely stay we will be back :-) x"

"Excellent location apart from nighttime. Screaming, swearing from very drunk people and contest in sounding horns until 2.30 1st night arrived and until 4.40am next night/morning of marathon which started at an. Property showed lovely kitchen with oven though impossible to use as no pots, pans, trays or utensils despite in description saying it had cookware so had to get takeaways 1st night and ready cooked cold pasta salad 1night before marathon so very unsatisfactory and will be requesting...

"Overall a nice compact apartment. Heating came on during the day but bathroom had no heating and was cramped for simplest of tasks eg hand sink in a tight space otherwise a lovely, cosy apartment"
