Para mí el mejor servicio al cliente fue de parte de Rafael en el bar/ restaurante de la azotea; muy amable, rápido y organizado; parece que le gusta bastante su trabajo 🙏 y sobre todo que habla varios idiomas, eso me pareció genial. The restaurant has amazing views, whether you’re going for breakfast or catching the sunset while sipping caipirinhas. The entire staff was amazing—friendly, informative, and always very, very helpful and welcoming. Special shoutout to Marcus and Matheus at the front desk. Rodrigo and Bruno at the restaurant were the best!! We spent 5 days in Rio, then headed to Lençóis Maranhenses. When we came back to Rio, we had originally planned to stay at another hotel, but we canceled and decided to return to Arpoador. We’re definitely coming back in the future.
