We just returned from a six night visit and found the staff, meals, beach bar drinks, and hotel services to be very good in spite of the age of the facilities. Suzie and Clifford will make sure that you have a great stay. The beach is steps away from your door and a few miles long. Several walks and NO other walkers most times. The Baracuda Beach Bar has COLD beer and surprisingly good grilled fish and burgers. The conch is from the front yard. A trip to middle Caicos, Kew, and all roads on No....

We spend 5 nights at the Parrot Cay by Como as a couple, and enjoyed very much the attention to detail, food and friendliness of the staff. Our room ( 603) was very old, the mattresses and furniture, as well, as the bathroom are in urgent need of replacement, never mind the AC which was loud, so loud that even the handyman could not fix it. We did expected at a price like this that this would have been more updated. The luxe towels and bedsheets did not make up a price tag like this....

New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...

We had a wonderful trip in Turks and Caicos! Stayed here in Blue Haven and we had a great time! We had oceanview suite-very spacious and clean and the view was beautiful. The food was great! There were alot of activities in the resort and you can also go to Alexandra Resort with free shuttle and the beach there was gorgeous! Chef Randy and John at Alexandra was very friendly and even cooked wonderful meals for us. Tania at the front desk of Blue Haven was very nice and very helpful! Ofcourse Jen...

A beautiful boitique hotel! Good was amazing. Service impeccable. They are brand new, having just opened march 1 so everything is pristine. They are a ahoet elf from the beach.

The Shore Club exceeded our expectations. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at home his hotel. Our room was extremely comfortable and always well maintained / cleaned twice a day, always on target. The beach was heavenly, water always calm, sand white and clean, we loved the fact that you can walk for miles into the ocean, without it getting deep, you have to experience this for yourself. One of the best beaches I have visited. The pools were also very clean and never crowded. The...

The place was more than what i expected, booked it for my Husband birthday he loved it very much we will definitely stay there again.

This is probably the best resort I have ever stayed in. Perfect property, wonderful people, amazing attention to detail, walkable to shops and restaurants, tons of amenities. I will be back and I would not stay anywhere else. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Highly recommended. Recently stayed here for four nights on our first visit to Turks and Caicos. Paid extra for ocean view room, which was well worth it. Rooms are actually condos, so it doesn’t have that hotel feel; instead, it’s smaller, less crowded, less impersonal. Staff mainly very friendly and helpful. Excellent stretch of beach, small but nice pool, plenty of cabanas and loungers to go around, and free non-motorized water sports ($5 per day for snorkeling gear), which is a BIG plus; I...

Centrally located in the Grace Bay area. The hotel has its own area on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Great dining options nearby. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Close walk to the beach, air conditioner was amazing!

Beautiful resort! Very family friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Short walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Grace Bay. Great restaurant on site. Can’t wait to return!

SHOWER WAS GREAT, BED VERY COMFORTABLE LIMITED MENUS CHOICES VERY SKIMPY CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST LIMITING GUEST TO ONLY 3 CHOICES FOR THE DAILY BREAKFAST

This is an incredible value. It was quiet and not crowded. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony (second floor). The staff all were friendly and helpful. The location is great - not surrounded by high-rises, and walkable to the shops and restaurants. We didn't have to deal with mobs of people at the beach or on the grounds. Sure, the bathroom is old, but that is not a big deal to us. Our room was very nice with a great balcony for catching nice breezes and views of the ocean. If...

What a beautiful place. Clean, fresh, nice amenities. The staff was amazing! Very friendly and accomodating! I wish I could remember the names of everyone but outstanding service to the beach crew, housekeeping and the rest of staff, Earnest, Milourdes, Kerene, etc. Thank you all for making our stay a memorable one! Have recommended this place to friends and family.

My partner and I had an excellent stay and rate it 5 stars. Since we arrived, the staff were very friendly. It’s a low-key hotel where you’ll feel at peace especially hanging out by the beautiful pool area. Although it’s not a beachfront hotel, there’s a free shuttle running through business hours which is convenient. We preferred to not rent a car so for those who plan to do the same - distance is a 5-8 min walk to the beach, 20-25 min walk to the main strip where there’s a shopping center,...

Hotel was in excellent proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Room was clean, towels were a plenty in the room and for the beach. Front office offers excellent help in finding food and excursions. We loved the breakfast vouchers to choose from. The facilities offers bikes, canoes, beach chairs AND It has it own spot on the beach. We never fought to wake up to save a spot.

The Somerset on Grace Bay is the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed in. Our room, a two-bedroom ocean view suite, was unbelievable. We had a full kitchen, three bathrooms, a living room, dining room, laundry room, and very comfortable bedrooms and beds. Our room was immaculately clean upon arrival, and was kept clean throughout our stay. Our room attendant not only cleaned our room during the day, but came back in the evening for "turn-down" service in which she would turn down the beds...
