Guest Houses in North Caicos

New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. We just returned from a six night visit and found the staff, meals, beach bar drinks, and hotel services to be very good in spite of the age of the facilities. Suzie and Clifford will make sure that you have a great stay. The beach is steps away from your door and a few miles long. Several walks and NO other walkers most times. We spend 5 nights at the Parrot Cay by Como as a couple, and enjoyed very much the attention to detail, food and friendliness of the staff. Our room ( 603) was very old, the mattresses and furniture, as well, as the bathroom are in urgent need of replacement, never mind the AC which was loud, so loud that even the handyman could not fix it. We did expected at a price like this that this would have been more updated. The luxe towels and bedsheets did not make up a price tag like this....

The Shore Club exceeded our expectations. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at home his hotel. We absolutely loved Point Grace. Mary (the Guest Relations Manager) was awesome. She contacted us a month before our trip to arrange our airport transportation (which most hotels do not provide). The Somerset on Grace Bay is the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed in. Our room, a two-bedroom ocean view suite, was unbelievable. We had a full kitchen, three bathrooms, a living room, dining room, laundry room, and very comfortable bedrooms and beds. A beautiful boitique hotel! Good was amazing. Service impeccable. They are brand new, having just opened march 1 so everything is pristine. They are a ahoet elf from the beach.

This is the perfect resort for the people looking to be off the main path but still have a great experience. The swimming pool was unbelievable. The private beach and pier were very relaxing. It was nice not having to share the areas with a lot of other people. The restaurant was excellent. The service and food were top notch. We loved hanging out at the Cave Bar. A unique bar that overlooks the ocean.

Staffing was very confusing because there are two management companies that manage the place. They attempted to work with each other but it was very apparent that it was not a good situation. Was not sure who to ask for what.

West Bay is a wonderful resort. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and modern. It is right on the beach with gorgeous views. The breakfast was excellent as was the food for lunch and dinner. The only downside was they wouldn't let us use the paddle boards, kayaks or catamaran. They said it was unsafe, too much current, but others were out at other resorts and it looked perfectly safe.

We had a wonderful trip in Turks and Caicos! Stayed here in Blue Haven and we had a great time! We had oceanview suite-very spacious and clean and the view was beautiful. The food was great! There were alot of activities in the resort and you can also go to Alexandra Resort with free shuttle and the beach there was gorgeous! Grace Bay Club is fabulous. They welcome you with a bottle of champagne and great fresh fruit. The refridgerator is also stocked with cold water free of charge and gets replenished when asked. They have multiple clean large towels so you do not need to constantly ask for fresh towels. The lounge chairs at the pool and beach are cushioned. You have access to a personal concierge if you desire. My husband sent him out to the food store for some staples for the room.

I liked the hotel , the staff & location . The only con is that they don’t have microwaves in the room so you have to go to the front office to hear your food up but the office is not open 24 hours. They close at 10pm sharp so if your hungry after that theirs no way to heat your food up .

We loved everything about the Palms! The grounds are beautiful… especially the pool area with the infinity pool. We loved the free buffet breakfast every day and enjoyed high-quality, delicious dinners at your several restaurants m. We also appreciated the staff’s diligence when it came to enforcing masks and hand sanitizing. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi around the pool area/other public areas was not great… But in the hotel room itself it was fine. Loved the cucumber punch and shortbread...
