"Overall we had a lovely stay. The location cannot be beaten and is just around the corner from the market square. Parking is not so convenient and we did park about 5 minutes walk away and had to pay but it is a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable. We had an issue with the coffee machine which was quickly sorted via text as there are no staff members present on the property. We knew about this before arriving. "I felt like visiting family. Lorne House and the hosts Bob and Liz have really created that aura 'home away from home'. The cozy and warm room, the welcoming and personal service, the fresh and delicious breakfast, the small but informative chats, and much more. It was an amazing experience. "The cottage was absolutely perfect for our party of 12 & our host mrs joyce was absolutely lovley. Check in & out was very easy and the property itself very easy to find even though its out in the beautiful countryside . The cottage was spacious and clean & we were all adequately accomodated the children were happy playing in the games room & the pool the house is ideal for a relaxing get-away every one really enjoyed thier stay we will definitely book again.
