This is a family-owned establishment. The owner checked us in and we could see him out doing maintenance throughout our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The shower is a bit small but we didn't mind it. We had an Amazing weekend!! We stayed in the gypsy wagon. So cute and comfortable! We had a private patio also! Breakfast was delicious. Everyone was so friendly. And if you are a birder.... right next door - Ornithological Park of Pont de Gau Parc Ornithologique du Pont de Gau! WOW

Residhome Marseilles looked new and everything was very clean, except that the carpet had a stain by the elevator that they didn't seem to be able to remove. They did clean the corridor carpet while we were there. We had interior view room which was super quiet. The people at the front desk were very helpful and spoke enough English so we could understand each other. The kitchenette was very nice and saved as money during breakfast and lunch. I had an appointment at a villa in the hills and needed an inexpensive place to spend the night not too far from the train station. I arrived late so needed special instructions to get in (code etc.). They were very helpful about all of that and for my return to the station I was given a shuttle ride free of charge. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Great hotel! Reasonably priced and convenient. Good breakfast for €12. There is a washer and dryer free for the use of guests, as well as irons an ironing tables! Very friendly staff!

We were very surprised at the comfortable, modern space in the room. Loved having the little kitchen with microwave and fridge. The staff was helpful with the metro and buses to get us to the old town.

It was so good and very clean. The hotel employees were very kind. Metro station and supermarkets are near the hotel. However, only one thing to be inconvenient is that there is no WiFi in a room.

A great apartment hotel within easy walking distance of the old town. The room was fully stocked and newly renovated. Garage parking for our rental car was appreciated, as were the easy-to-use washer and dryer located downstairs. Staff were truly exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except the pillows. Pretty awful. Beyond that, worth the money
