"The parking should not be changed for people staying in the hotel and thier extrator in the bathroom and the flashing of the toilet was difficult to flash. But i made them aware. They were amazing"

"Staff were excellent and the stay was comfortable but the room (specifically the carpets) need a deep clean, especially the edges and corners. The price was very good and the local amenities, which made up for it."

"Stayed just one night. Nice room, comfortable bed/pillows. Nice pool, good sauna and steam room. Food, good menu, food slightly overpriced. Drinks expensive. Building and grounds are awesome, Staff all excellent, very friendly and helpful."

"We were given a good welcome. Although evening meals are not served, there were some good restaurants nearby ( food was delicious at Chiakos). Room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful even though one had been on duty for many hours with only a few hours sleep! Highly recommended."

"Nice welcome. Good price. Room a long walk from the lift on 4th floor. Clean, comfortable bed. Plenty of towels. Sadly there are no baths throughout the hotel. The TV menu did not work, only BBC worked but it pixelated. They offer ear plugs as not everyone likes city noises , I am surprised having stayed at Heathrow/Gatwick /Birmingham NEC hotels with double glazing blocking airport noises, that the traffic at the Northampton traffic lights etc was so close and was very prominent. I did not eat at the hotel or do breakfast as I was at a conference at a nearby hotel."

"We stayed here for a chess weekend which was held in the Mercure Bedford. So pleased that when trying to book the Mercure was full. It was smelly and dirty, car parking was a nightmare. With some certainty Cranfield is 5* stay for a 3* price. Would book again, again and again if needing somewhere near Bedford or Milton Keynes."

"Great location on start line overlooking track at Silverstone the rooms were modern and clean although on small side for price of rooms. Restaurant was great and bar area although found the prices overpriced for meals and drinks"
