"We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Everything was as good as, or better than, depicted. The large deck overlooking the pool was so relaxing in the evening, watching the sun set. Condo had everything we needed for a three night stay. I will for sure recommend this condo to my family and friends, and we will be back. Thanks for an amazing get-away."

"We had a great stay at this condo. The location is ideal with an incredible ocean view, close to the pool but you can't hear pool noise, a quick walk to the lobby and restaurant. Everything was up to date and aesthetically pleasing, phone chargers built into the side tables, new and large TVs downstairs and in the master bedroom were nice. In house laundry is handy and worked great. Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I would mention is that there weren't extra trash...

"My son and I stayed for 3 nights in May, 2024. The unit was clean and neat; plenty of space for 4-5 people. Covered parking was available at the rear of the unit; on street parking was also available. The neighborhood was quiet, close to freeway and easily accessible to shopping, attractions, etc. Communication with the owner was convenient and prompt. I would highly recommend this unit!"

"I stayed at this property with my son and little dog for several days in April, so “slightly offseason.” The location is great—easily walkable to the main beach and the shops and restaurants of Capitola, and a 15-minute drive to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. "The place is gorgeous. The owners have first class taste in how the unit is decorated. The location is perfect. Since this is a private rental, there are very few amenities. No spa treatments, gym, bonfires, rides to the beach, beach towels etc. We were okay with this because we love seascape and the price is reasonable. To be well balanced, check in at the property manager’s office was difficult (she was super nice), directions and rental agreement were confusing and checkout instructions were...

Parking was terrible due to construction (not the fault of the property owner) and it was difficult to ascertain which property was even our rental. Our young family of 4 loved the location- easy walk to the beach via the property, access to heated pool and spa. Conveniently located bar/restaurant on property.
